Our company covers area of more than 6,000 square meters and has employees of more than 100.We specialize in the development, design, manufacture, sales and maintenance of all kinds of high-grade Ball Bearing slides, Concealed Slides tandem box, hinges, sofa legs and other kinds of furniture fittings.Our Production Lines include: Broaching, stamping,half & full automatic assembling, automatic packing.
Our products are selling well in overseas markets, mainly in America (20%), Australia (12%), Canada (10%), South America(10%), Europe(10%), Middle East (8%), India (5%). We are cooperating with a number of brands with foreign companies.Our developing markets: MID East,India, Southeast Asia,South America and Africa.
As an ISO certificated enterprise, we constantly input Full Automatic Production Lines and create new process to improve the quality and functions of products.
We also take full line quality control and spot inspection before each shipment, and take SGS tests (including 48hours salt flog test, extension test for 75, 000 times of the regular one & 50, 000 times of the function one) to ensure our client receive in good conditions. Surface treatment under Taiwanese subcontractor, strictly controlled quality.
